This was an excellent class. The instructor David gave us tips on shooting with flash both indoors and outdoors and gave the reasons for doing so. David demonstrated exceptional knowledge on the subject.

Second time for the same classs.... I learned many new important information. I had just purchased my first flash for this class. However, my flash was not compatible with my camera. It was well worth to come the second round. David is very knowledgeable and willing to answer all questions. Maybe I will come a third time .... this time with the right flash. Highly recommend this class. Thanks David.

This was a very good class. David covered the material and explained the basics needed to use my camera in a manual mode. The class small and we all got a lot of attention. David encouraged us to ask questions and was able to explain in terms I understood. While my camera will do far more than I will probably ever need or attempt, I will be taking more pictures in the manual mode, understanding better how many of the settings work.

The class was very good. David was able to explain in simple terms the lens settings, the rule of thirds, and picture affects with the different settings. He went over the basic information and was very patient. He made sure he answered all our questions. Then we took photos and returned to review them. He again answered all our questions. I would recommend the class, well worth the money.

I just loved the class. I learned so much. David was so knowledgeable and he answered so many questions and was able to explain complex things in a very easily manners. I am now very inspired and excited with my photography and I look forward to bay my first flash .Thank you so much David.

I have always been drawn to rainbows. Sometimes, you don't need to look far to find some of the most interesting and beautiful sights. A window in my entryway acts like a prism and casts rainbows on the different objects in the foyer. I sat patiently as the rainbows moved with the sun's position and capture this image. I'm a retired wedding photographer and I always go beyond documentation of a wedding. I incorporate fashion, portrait, product, still life, surreal and even sexy photography ( if client request) in every wedding event. Title or Location: This Still Life Photograph of "Grapes, Strawberry's and Wine" was taken in my bedroom in Orange County California.
This image is a Still Life Composition of "Berries, Wine and Grapes" that I created on a rainy day in my bedroom. I used no fancy Studio Lighting at all. My only light source was a hand-held flashlight that I kept moving rapidly. It was an experiment in Light Painting when I couldn't go outside to shoot.

When you get a new camera, all you want to do is go out and shoot. You don't need a fancy vacation or an exotic destination. This is a shot of one of the many species (over 300 types in the uk) of long legged fly. These are predatory and this particular one is about 5mm long. Shot taken with a lumix g9 and 45mm macro lens using a flash and diffuser. Ive loved bugs my whole life and recently switched to macro due to the smaller gear and my ill health stopping me carrying larger gear. I love that there is a whole world in a bush.
